Jon Hughes

Jon is the founder and leader of StratEx with a focus on large scale disruptive business initiatives including Post Merger Integration, Digital and Business Transformation

He has more than three decades of experience leading multi-disciplinary strategy execution programs focused on delivering tangible business outcomes.

He has led a number of post-merger integration, separation and complex transformational programs that encompassed disruptive change across people, process and technology.

Prior to setting up STRATEX, he spent time as a Partner, Program Management Practice Head and Business Transformation Practice Head in a number different global management consulting firms.

Over the past two decades, he has developed and refined the design and delivery approaches for a number of global consulting organizations. His Crucible™ large scale program mobilization approach has been used for initiating multiple mission critical programs in the USA and Europe

Jon is personally responsible for delivering over $2B of tangible performance improvement over the past two decades for some of the largest firms in the world.
